Labor Day

Hi there. 

Last night was fun, I stayed up late to get everything I wanted to do done.  Made it to the pet store.  I had a little parking issue.  I pulled into a spot but some lady wanted it more than me so I just let her have it.  It was legally mine because I was parked before I ever saw her trying to pull in.  We didn’t have any words I just parked some place else it wasn’t that important to me. Found some cat teaser attachments they screw on to a pole, didn’t know until I got home that the pole I had would have worked.  So I spent $1.99 too much.  The attachment I hooked up had bells on it and Mora was chewing on them and I just knew that she would be costing me a fortune so I chopped the bells off and threw them in the trash.  Better safe than sorry. 

The pizza was really good but the hot waiter wasn’t there.  I saw some other eye candy for customers.  Held the door for a hot young man and he called me sir.  I wanted to say get on your knees and say that boy.  But I just thought it and kept walking. 

Once I got back to Elhomo I put the pizza away, brought home lots of it.  As per usual it’s better the second day.  Spent time in front of the computer.  Got the litter boxes emptied but never really made it to house cleaning.  It’s on my to-do list and I will get to it but just not in a super hurry because it’s a task that I hate. 

I was super eager to take a shower and give myself a head job (shampoo) that I would enjoy.  My head was itching something fierce.  No wonder when I got it wet soap came out of it, that lady that cut my hair didn’t properly rinse it out.  Anyway I got 2 shampoos, conditioner and then applied a moisture mask.  I wasn’t itching when I was done and my hair (what little there is of it now that it’s been shaved/cut) was clean. 

Played with the cats, kind of covered that.  A few months back I bought this ball that you charge, turn it on and it vibrates and rolls around on it’s own.  Both cats were scared to death of it.  Now that I have reintroduced it spontaneously it’s one of Mora’s favorite things.  She bats it around, chases after it, bites it and even carries it in her mouth but not for long because it starts vibrating.  Last night she ran that thing out of juice so I had to charge it up.  We got in some play time this morning and I got some videos of her for my collection.  Rudy wants to be interested in it but he just doesn’t get why she loves it. 

Finished writing a story that I had been working on.  I’ve got 20 plus of them to type up.  I am most likely going to publish them but getting them typed up takes time and it’s faster and more fun to write than it is to type them up.  It’s a task that lingers around and I plan on taking a stab at it while I am off. 

Watched some TV before I called it a night and then crawled in my freshly made bed and slept rather well.  Woke up this morning fed the cats and came back to bed.  Rudy ate in a hurry and joined me.  Dancing on my stomach as I was trying to watch TV.  He collapsed on me and fell asleep.  Now I was trapped in my own bed.  Eventually I had to roll over and that woke him up.  He just curled up next to me and fell right back asleep.  Wish I could fall asleep as fast as these cats do. 

Got up at 10A and had breakfast.  I had lunch around 11:30a just because why not.  Cats had their lunch.  We watched a movie from YouTube as I let more porn compress and just needed to kill time. 

When the movie was done, I threw on some clothes and went over to the office.  I wanted to check on something and needed to flip the calendar in my office since the month changed.  I fully expected to find a thank you note from a colleague I gave a card to that was retiring but she didn’t leave me a thank you note or even send an email acknowledging the card.  People are fickle.  I also needed some USB extension cables and picked those up.  Then came back home.

Passed out supper for the cats.  Rudy just looked at me and wouldn’t touch it.  I reheated some pizza and when I sat down to eat Mora came over and joined me.  We always seem to eat together.  She’s been my shadow and can’t get enough loving from me.  I cleaned some jewelry that I plan on wearing tomorrow night. 

Watched an episode of Franklin & Bash, it’s on Netflix.  I watched it back in the day when it was on the USA Network.  Mark Paul Gosselaar is in it.  First episode you get to see his hot naked ass.  I’ve had a mad crush on him ever since he was in Saved By The Bell.  I know he’s straight but I have this knack for falling for straight guys.  Now if I could just turn one of them over to my team.  Ha Ha, dream on. 

Came back downstairs threw in some laundry.  Working on getting more porn compressed.  I had planned on starting the copy/back up job tonight but from the looks of things it will probably be tomorrow.  However, I have my fingers crossed.  The sooner I start it the sooner it will get done. 

Thinking of working on some cleaning.  Mora just came in wanting more attention and I think she is ready for treat time.  I just gave her more loving and a belly rub.  I’m going up to fetch the vacuum.  Might as well be productive while I wait on the washer and the computer.  I fully plan to have some of that slice of Rainbow cake tonight to find out how it tastes. 

Need to shave tonight and get another shower so I am ready to go in the morning.  I know I will want to be lazy and sleep in a little bit.  I will also want to stay up late tonight.  I’ve already turned off work email on my phone and am fully ready to enjoy this week and what ever plans materialize from it.  It’s going to be an expensive week but it’s all about me and taking time for myself.  A facial and massage.  Looking forward to dinner tomorrow night as tomorrow is my birthday.
