Weekend

Saturday … I accomplished everything that I wanted to and had plenty of time to relax.  Had supper at Bob Evans.  I got to stay away from that place the service is awful.  I was thinking that a bowl of their chili along with a burger would be good.  Turns out I was wrong.  The chili was served with raw onion and I’m not a fan of that.  It didn’t taste anything like I remember.  The burger was just okay, nothing special.  I should have stuck with my original idea and went for Chinese.  It would have cost about the same and I would have enjoyed it more.

When I came home from spending time with my friends in the early afternoon, I found that someone got sick in bed.  I was already planning on washing the bedding that just helped speed things up.  I went a step further and washed my allergy pillow covers.  I am looking to do everything in my power to get rid of this damn rash.

I didn’t put anything on it after my shower in the morning.  It’s still red but hasn’t really bothered me.  I don’t like the fact that it’s there, even if it doesn’t itch or burn.  Cosmetically it’s not correct and needs to go away.  I am still waiting to hear from my doctor, which I am hoping will happen tomorrow.  I know he’s off on Friday’s.

Sunday … I woke up early and did the usual breakfast, grocery store and gas station stops.  Came home and got everything put away.  Then started watching YouTube videos and drifted off for a nap.  Rudy was really dancing for food, he wanted that lunch.  It was 11-ish which is when he is used to that feeding.  However, I didn’t want to get out of bed until noon.  Once I was up he was happier he started eating.  Then he saw me eating a Pumpkin Donut and he started begging me for that.  I told him to eat his food.  About that time Mora came around the corner and she went straight for the food.  She helped guide him back on track.

Got my medicine set for the week.  On to laundry, updating finances and then cleaning the house.  I went a step further since it wasn’t terribly humid in the garage and vacuumed out the car.  I also cleaned the garage floor and the mat that is in the garage before you enter the house.

I’ve spent an hour combing through my Optery free report on data brokers who have my information and searching to see if it’s still out there.  In most cases sadly it was.  I submitted multiple requests to DeleteMe so they can get it cleaned up.  It’s a shame that you can’t subscribe to one service and have them do all of the work.  I’ve got multiple sites, one free and the others are paid.  However, from looking at all of them Optery’s top tier plan which is quite expensive looks like it does the most cleanup.

Not sure about you but the spam and junk is starting to pour in from the National Public Data Breach.  It’s only email and physical mail thus far.  Glad that I have the feature turned on in my phone where if your not in my contacts the call won’t ring through.  I’ve even got phone spam services that I pay for.  Kind of sad that technology has gone a little too far.  However, junk mail & phone calls have been around ever since I was a kid.  Used to be you just got a non-published number and that took care of the bulk of it.

I’m passing some time and plan to head out for Mexican food for supper.  It sounds so good and I am sure it will be.  The drive will be nice as well.  Had to fight with my Firewall yesterday to get my infotainment system in my car to update.  I got an alert there was an update but I could install it.  I knew exactly what the issue was and it just took me sitting down in front of the PC with some free time.  Instead of surfing for porn I made that my mission, then once it was squared away I went surfing for porn.

This is my last “free” week of not being on-call.  I am planning on going in one day not sure if that will be Tuesday or Wednesday.  Last week when I went in on Wednesday it seemed like the rest of the week just flew by.  A lot will depend on how things are going but I’ll be looking at my calendar tomorrow morning.

Hope that your weekend has been going well and you have had some great food as well as time to relax.  Shame that Monday always comes around so fast.  Take care!
