Hot outside

Hope that your enjoying the weekend.

Last night I saw Rudy staring out the back window and I could tell he was very interested in something.  I opted to see what he was looking at out of sheer curiosity.  It was the baby groundhog.  I picked Rudy up and let him watch from my height, he was amazed and looked all around with great interest.  He’s never seen the 6 foot tall view.  He was quite impressed.  Eventually the groundhog went to it’s home and I put Rudy back on the floor.  He still looked out the backdoor for a while before he walked away. 

I didn’t really have anything planned today but my haircut.  I woke up with enough time to go out for breakfast but opted to eat at home.  I was able to be lazy for a while before I had to get going. 

Made it to the post office, no surprises in the mail today.  I did see what I believe was a Sovereign Citizen.  She had a license plate that said USDOT, Private Property.  That was my tip off and I searched for it, looks like there is a website that will sell you the plate, they want you to get a USDOT #.  Still it seems quite fishy to me and how she doesn’t get pulled over is beyond me. 

I came back home, grabbed a soda from the refrigerator and went back to my room.  YouTube time with the cats.  Mora sat with me for a bit then she went to her own bed.  I was comfy and after a while got sleepy so back to bed and I curled up with Rudy. 

No sooner than I got to sleep I heard my phone go off.  I was positive it was my work email alert tone but I didn’t care enough to climb out of bed and find out.  I figured if it was something urgent the phone would ring and it did not.  Good thing I didn’t get up because it was spam personal email. 

Skipped lunch and felt kind of like I was going to pass out but that feeling didn’t last terribly long.  I went back to YouTube land watching multiple podcasts and shorts. 

Opted to head back to the Mexican place that I have been going to.  Food was good and I was full when I left.  Made it home safe and sound.  The AC felt good because it’s super humid and hot out today. Weather is going to be nice for a bit but the humidity and higher temperatures will be sticking around as well.

Tomorrow I plan for breakfast out, usual grocery store trip.  Going to try to get a car wash and need to fill up the tank.  Thinking about pizza for supper just not exactly sure where I want to go, I’ve got more than a few choices. 

Bills are all paid and I am just tired & bored.  Not a good combo.  Need to work on the dishes and even though the machine does all of the heavy lifting I still don’t want to unload and re-load it. 

There really isn’t anything on any of the streaming platforms that I can find of interest to watch, hence YouTube time.  Even that gets boring but yet I manage to survive.
