Hey and welcome in!
Middle of the week aka Wednesday. Things are moving along. Pizza is down to the last two slices and I will be so glad when it’s gone. My refrigerator will go back to smelling normal and clean. I am planning on polishing it off tonight. Had my Pastrami sandwich yesterday for lunch and that was a nice change. Polished off the last of the Pastrami and Cheese.
Work is just one thing after another. My boss called me yesterday to complain about how he’s getting older, everything hurts, he’s slowing down and life in general is sucking a bit more for him. I told him I know I’m 5 years older than you. You are not telling me anything I don’t know already. His memory is going kind of like mine. He needed help in remembering something which was the whole basis for the call.
Mora was wound up this morning, she was quite playful. Nipping at me as I gave her morning belly rub. Rudy was all calm and kept to himself which is not normal. Perhaps he didn’t feel good or just knew that it was one of those times where it’s best to sit by and watch. He and his sister got into it yesterday afternoon when he was all wound up and wanted to play. She hissed at him and ran from him then smacked him around a bit. Children.
As for me I’m kind of over working, ready for a break. Just hate to bail right now with a new guy on board. However, I am trying to work through it and hoping that I can have a relaxing couple days this week. Tomorrow looks good for that. Friday not so much. However, Saturday & Sunday I think will help.
Sadly rain is in the forecast for this weekend. Right now were in the summer heat of 80’s so things are drying out a bit. I had to flip the AC on yesterday and the cats loved it. Really wish I knew why they go crazy over cold blowing air. I know why I like it so much but only if I am hot.
