Morning

I couldn’t think of a title so decided to use some humor.  Happy Friday Eve aka Thursday. 

We had our share of rain yesterday, it turned to severe weather just as I had settled down for the evening.  I wanted to watch Night Court the newest season on Netflix.  I’ve made it through Seasons 1 and 2 and am working on the final season (3) now.  Instead I watched Weather on local TV.  It kept me busy flipping channels for an hour until I realized that there wasn’t a Tornado headed for my area.  We still got high winds and rain.  Then I went back to Netflix but honestly don’t remember much.  For some reason Night Court has always had a soothing effect on me and causes me to just fade out quickly. 

Work was a bit frustrating yesterday.  I knew there was work headed for me aka my team.  However, there wasn’t anything I could do about it just had to wait for it to come up.  I used to be able to intercept things but was asked to back off so some new folks could get some training.  I waited and waited but nothing.  Then just as I finished supper I was hit with work.  Then something else urgent cropped up and I had to deal with it.  Then more work.  I didn’t stop working until close to 6:30p, which is quite a late day for me.  I could have let stuff sit but it would have just meant a busy morning – either way I was going to have work to do so might as well knock it out and be done with it.  After I logged off one of the techs hit me up with a couple questions and I answered him back, then I was finally done for the night.

Caught up on social media, watched some porn clips and looked at thirst traps.  Enough to help keep myself horny and then casually went back to watching YouTube videos and put the phone down. 

Done with meetings or so it appears.  One meeting got cancelled yesterday and the boss got on a tangent talking in the meeting we did have.  He asked me how the weather was at home, guess he knew I was working from home, which doesn’t bother me as long as that doesn’t turn into an unpleasant surprise for me.  Anyway, he was yammering on so much that we skipped a monthly task that we normally do, which no one spoke up and we just ended the call.  Yippie.

Who knows what today has in store for me.  I am ready for a nap.  Been a while since I had one and it sounds so damn good and tempting.  It would be even better if the cats would curl up next to me that would cause me to melt and fade off quickly.  Of course the phone would most likely wake me and I would be crabby then, so maybe it’s just better to fight and stay awake.
