Cheese Popcorn Please

Morning …

Yesterday after lunch I discovered that both cats love Cheese Popcorn.  I had wiped my hands off to get rid of the residue but the scent of popcorn remained.  Mora was the first one to start smelling my hand and licking it like she was taking a bath.  She tried to chew one of my fingers but I stopped that pretty quick.  Rudy came along behind her and licked the few places where she missed.  After that I had to wash my hands.  That’s as close as they have come to human food since they moved in here. 

Saw our visiting orange cat yesterday briefly on camera.  The raccoon made multiple appearances.  Neither of the cats saw any of that, if it wasn’t for the camera I would have missed it as well. 

Worked upstairs yesterday afternoon.  I had a meeting to join but otherwise it was great to watch TV to pass the time.  Both cats napped and the afternoon lingered on.  I did have to do a little bit of work. 

Speaking of work got a few meetings today.  Hopefully this won’t be a long day.  The week is passing pretty quickly thus far.  I’m thinking of next week 3 days to work and 4 off.  That will be nice.  Not as nice as vacation but a close second.  I am very much looking forward to it and hope to enjoy sleeping in.  Of course I will be on-call so I won’t be able to fully relax but I am certainly going to try. 

It’s gloomy out today and we have rain coming and more on the way tomorrow.  Hopefully, Friday and the weekend will be rain free.
