The Sugar Wore Off

Welcome … Made it to the middle of the week.  That a good thing, I think.  Had some strange dreams last night.  Woke up to find both cats in bed with me.  Rudy was behind my back but sprang on top of me when he knew I was awake.  Mora just laid at my feet looking at me.

We all marched to the kitchen and I got working on breakfast.  Rudy was done with his pretty quickly and was begging me as I was heating water for my oatmeal.  He knew I was also going to get an Apple Fritter out and he wanted some of that sugary goodness.  However, I told him no. 

I sat down to enjoy my breakfast and Mora was eating hers.  The two of us seem to eat together more often than not.  It’s predictable and a routine that I look forward to. 

Not exactly sure why but the sugar from breakfast wore off and I am so tired now.  It also might have something to do with the fact that I have had hours of little to no work and have been watching TV while sticking by my computer. 

Took my first bathroom break a few moments ago and since I had a half hour to spare until it was meeting time, I opted to lay down.  I got the TV fired up and had plans for dozing off.  That’s when my phone went off and I had to come back down.  Took care of the work task and now I am bored again. 

Watched a cat video it’s one of those where the owner give a voice to the cat.  They talked about a ham sandwich and damn if that doesn’t sound so good.  Too bad I have no ham.  Kind of looking forward to lunch but more so just to get a break from the computer. 

I caught a little bit of the Kennedy confirmation hearing.  I can’t stand his messed up voice and hope that he’s not confirmed but just like you I am waiting and watching. 

Last evening was rather enjoyable.  Watched an episode of The Neighborhood recorded from Monday.  Found some other videos from YouTube to amuse me and finished up another story.  Although Rudy tried to play with my pen as I was writing. 

I got some decent porn yesterday and I just finished up watching a clip that I had viewed earlier.  It’s not exactly a surprise ending but I like to see it anyway.  I was watching the second scene that Helix released of Josh Brady.  I was really surprised he came back to film two scenes with them.  Not a fan of the mustache but he still looks good.  I was too tired to do anything other than watch.  It wasn’t long before I called it quits and it was lights out. 

Had Stouffer’s Spaghetti & Meatballs last night.  It was perfect.  Then later on had a few peaches from the jar that I broke open on Monday.  It took me a while to open that but despite Rudy’s begging and my lack of muscle I did manage to get the jar open.  That was one sweet reward.  I love fresh cold peaches and could have polished off the jar.  It will be all gone by the weekend for sure.

Well it’s about meeting time and then I will be headed up for lunch and my break.  Here’s hoping that this day is done soon.  I know I’m wishing my life away but I am ready to fast forward to Friday night as I am getting a massage.
