Andrew recently moved to WA, he purchased a fix-er up-er home. This past Saturday, Arbor (his female dog) somehow got out of a locked gate and went missing. Andrew had to leave town to see patients but had friends looking/watching. He put up flyers and of course reached out on social media, which is how I learned of this. This morning, Arbor came home and the construction workers that are rehabbing the house found her. She (Arbor) is with a neighbor now. Andrew will be going home tomorrow and I am sure is very anxious to be reunited with his furry friend.
I figured that today would be the day this all came to an end and while I'm not saying I helped or made it happen, my luck has always been I scream out an alert and the problem is squashed. I am over the moon that this had a happy ending, which is what a lot of folks were hoping for. When he streams on Twich (he's a gaymer) Arbor is very much part of the show and always in frame with him or sometimes he puts up a seperate camera just for her.
She's a lucky dog getting to sleep with a sexy man and see him naked. Plus he takes her on a lot of his adventure trips when he travels. Those two are inseparable. I suspect that he will keep a much closer eye on her and who knows maybe he will equip her with GPS. I always wanted to do that with the stray cats we took in as I am sure they had quite an adventurous time.
I'm really thankful that Joe was able to read my comment and throw up a quick post on his blog to help get the word out. I'm just a fan of Andrew's and what I learn/learned is from social media. I really wish we were friends. At the end of the day I can rest comfortably knowing that I did what I could and this had a happy ending. Thanks for your comment and readership.
